FAS - Resource Efficiency Program (REP)

Spreads the computer energy reduction message to undergraduate students in the residence halls by promoting CERtoon, Harvard Sustainability Pledge, and other FAS-CERP campaigns and materials. Provides campaign development and planning advice and support.

Longwood Green Campus Initiative and Campus Emissions Reduction Program

We work closely with the Longwood coordinators to design energy reduction campaigns, such as Harvard Sustainability Pledge, which often include a competitive element to motivate participants in both areas of the University.

Faculty of Arts & Sciences Academic Departments

Countless administrators in FAS' academic departments have helped spread word of FAS-CERP campaigns to staff and students in their areas by sending emails, hanging posters and posting links to campagin websites. Several administrators have helped coordinate a CERtoon exhibition or met one-on-one with FAS-CERP staff to discuss resource conservation opportunities in their area of influence.

Harvard University Libraries

Staff in Lamont Library and Cabot Sciences Library have graciously assisted in setting up long-running, formal CERtoon exhibitions.

Employees in all areas of the University pass through the classes offered by CTD, resulting in the computer energy message being carried back to FAS and all other areas of the University. CTD has also hosted a CERtoon exhibition.

Freshmen Dean's Office

In addition to including FAS-CERP announcements in its e-newsletter "The Yard Bulletin," the Freshmen Dean's Office hosted a CERtoon exhibition that spanned Freshmen Registration, a time when the office sees heavy traffic from incoming students.
