Existing Buildings

The Existing Buildings unit assists Harvard departments and affiliates with a variety of customized energy solutions.  From project identification and implementation, to sustainability assessments and LEED services, GCBS-EB helps to reduce both environmental and economic costs of operating buildings.

New Construction

New Construction Services works with project managers across the University and throughout the design and construction process to improve the health, comfort and environmental impact of Harvard buildings.
