KSG GHG EMISSIONS

In FY04, FY05, and FY07 the Kennedy School of Government purchased RECs equal to its entire electric consumption. Because these RECs come from an electric grid that is "dirtier" than our own, the KSG's adjusted emissions are shown as being negative. More importantly, the KSG's actual emissions have decreased steadily since FY03, independent of REC purchases.
