Green Cup Eco-Projects
Lead your House to victory!
Eco-Project/ ēkó prŏj'ěkt/ noun: a project done by an individual or team from a House (or the Yard), which makes a difference by doing one of the following:
- Reducing upstream and/or downstream environmental impacts of dorm life;
- Educating the student body (in particular, the residents of the
House or Dorm in which the project is performed) to think and act in a way that reduces environmental impacts;
- Generating resources for other environmentally related projects.
All House projects will be judged as a whole toward the Green Cup award, and projects submitted by current students will be eligible for the prizes below.
Eco-Project Prize Structure
Monetary prizes will be awarded as follows:

Deadlines for Project Reports:
- Fall Semester '09 -- Friday, Dec. 4th, 11:59pm.
- Spring Semester '10 -- Wednesday, April 7th at 11:59pm.
To Compete:
- Plan and begin work on your project!
- Submit your project form by the deadline.
- Present your project -- the top 10 eco-Project finalists will be invited to present their projects to the judges on Friday, April 17th. .
